Be Love(d) Retreat Day Details

Thank you so much for your interest in the Be Love(d) Retreat Day. This day is meant for those who want to take a step back from their lives, learn more about how to love yourself and others, and/or untangle yourself from toxic relationship dynamics in your life. 


Whether you struggle with loving yourself, making healthy choices in your life, a heartbreak or a complicated relationship that is causing you pain or difficulty, this retreat day will support you to feel more grounded, connected to your needs and desires, as well as stronger about your choices and decisions to change your life. 


With over 9 years of group facilitation experience, I create a safe & supportive space where you can laugh, cry, connect and have deep breakthroughs with others who are also struggling with similar issues. 


This is a non-denominational spiritual retreat - meaning we focus on meditation, the presence of peace, wisdom and love, and calling in a Higher Power, whatever that means for the participants. Though I respect other religions, I request that participants do not over-emphasize their religious affiliations in the group.

10 a.m. - Intros & Settling In

10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - Higher Love

Meditation, Spiritual Teachings, Sharing Circle, Poetry, Contemplation of "What is Love"

11:30 a.m. Nature Contemplation & Journalling

12:00 p.m. Lunch (Bring Your Own or Go Out)

1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. - Self-Love

Sharing Circle, Partner Activity, Identify Your Needs & Desires Worksheet, Facing the Inner Critic

2:45 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Relationship Love
